Your privacy is important to us. It is Suite MicroApps' policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website and desktop applications.

1. Information We Collect

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you (for example, when you buy a license subscription). We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

• Account & Billing Info: When you purchase a license key, our payment processor (Paddle) collects your billing details, name, and email address. We store your transaction ID and license status to validate your software activations.
• Machine Hardware ID (HWID): To prevent subscription abuse and lock the license to a single machine, our application securely computes and sends an anonymous hardware signature (HWID) to our database during license verification.

2. Absolute Media Privacy (No Server Processing)

We do not collect, process, or store your personal media files. Unlike online converter sites, the GodConverter desktop application performs all media converting and editing 100% locally on your computer. Your media files, audio tracks, and conversions never touch our servers.

3. Third-Party Payment Processor

We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record to handle billing and payment processing securely. We do not store your credit card or bank details on our servers. Paddle has its own privacy policies which govern the storage and use of your payment details.

4. Data Security

We protect the license records we store within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
