We do not collect, process, or store your personal media files. Unlike online converter sites, the SuiteConverter desktop application performs all media converting and editing 100% locally on your computer. Your media files, audio tracks, and conversions never touch our servers.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect minimal technical data necessary to manage your license and authentication:

• Account Information: Email address used during registration and login.
• Device Hardware ID (HWID): An anonymized hardware identifier to enforce license seat bindings.
• Payment Data: Payment details are processed directly and securely by our Merchant of Record (Paddle). We never store your full credit card numbers or banking credentials.
