Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 28, 2026

By purchasing a subscription or using the Suite MicroApps website or any of our desktop applications (such as GodConverter), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

1. License Grant & Subscriptions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and maintenance of an active subscription plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and run our desktop applications on your computer.

• Hardware ID (HWID) Binding: Each active subscription license key is strictly bound to one (1) unique computer at a time. Sharing license keys with other individuals is a violation of these terms and will result in automatic key suspension.
• License Transfer: If you purchase a new computer, you can transfer your license key by resetting the HWID binding via our website's HWID Reset tool (a nominal transfer fee applies).

2. Use Restrictions & User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of our software binary files.
• Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the software or license keys to third parties.
• Use the software to convert or process media in violation of copyright laws, intellectual property rights, or any other applicable regulations.

The URL conversion feature is provided strictly for processing user-owned content, copyright-free media, or personal data streams. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to download or convert media from external network sources.

3. Billing & Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your license key will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will expire.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Suite MicroApps or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, hardware failures, or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

5. Governing Law

Any claim relating to Suite MicroApps' website or software shall be governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
