Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our software. If you experience technical issues or decide that our desktop applications aren't a fit for your needs, we are happy to help you with cancellations and refund requests.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first-time subscription purchase. If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase transaction date, we will issue a full refund of your payment, no questions asked.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your recurring monthly subscription at any time. When you cancel, your license key will remain active and usable until the end of your prepaid billing month. We do not provide partial refunds or pro-rated credits for cancelled subscriptions during active billing cycles.

All payments and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund under the 14-day guarantee period, you can contact Paddle's buyer support directly at paddle.net. Alternatively, you can send an email to support@suite-microapps.org with the following details, and we will initiate the refund through Paddle on your behalf:

Once approved, Paddle will process your refund immediately. The funds will return to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
